RETURN REQUESTS

Customers must email dburkedesignjewelry@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase to request an exchange or in-store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition. Returned items must be postmarked no later than 5 days after email contact is made in order to receive full in-store credit or exchange.
